The executive director of a nonprofit organization carries tremendous responsibility. The tool consists of nine Standards and a total of 70 components by which the executive director can evaluate him/herself on a scale of 1-5. The executive director can be the only person doing the evaluation. Or, an unlimited number of people may join in the evaluation. The confidential results are immediately available on the web in your password protected account. They may also be printed for use by your organization.

The modest price ($79.95) provides accessibility to the password protected evaluation for a period of six months. During this time the executive director can undertake an unlimited number evaluations. This allows the executive director the opportunity to measure progress over a period of time. Moreover, even after the subscription period expires, the evaluation results will be available for the executive director to view the results for an additional six months.

The Standards have been developed by Janice Gow Pettey, nationally known author and consultant who has held the executive position in several organizations throughout her career.
